Fox, was in Cleveland filming an adaptation of the James Patterson novel "I, Alex Cross." He allegedly attempted to board the party bus along with the people that rented the party bus. Heather Bormann, 29, the driver of the party bus confronted Fox and told him that he was trespassing. In her statement, she said, "He never once said anything. He just looked at me with his mouth open -- then he leaned in and started swinging on me."
Bormann told the police that Fox hit her on the chest and stomach before she defended herself. It took three men to pull him off her and that's the time when the police came in to detain him.
Fox was eventually released to a friend and took a taxi to his hotel.
Bormann said that she doesn't care that Fox is a celebrity and she will file assault charges on him.
